Build To Minister

To set up, develop and oversee all aspects of our leading edge, world class and highly automated fulfilment centre.

You will be responsible for the site operation, people management, budget management, health and safety and your own development.

Key Responsibilities:

To lead, inspire and energise the management team to achieve desired business results.

To create and maintain an open, engaged and positive culture within the site that will enable the business to deliver outstanding service to our customers from a safe, respectful, productive and flexible working environment.

To set and then achieve agreed key performance indicators for the operation through continuous improvement initiatives and a motivated management team.

To build a skilled and competent operational management team, through good selection and the use of training, development, and coaching, within our people processes such as succession planning.

To manage all project engineering and maintenance activities within this highly automated environment.

To ensure that all site personnel, facilities and assets are managed and maintained in line with all company policies and legislative requirements, through the use of relevant site operations teams and head office support functions.

Strong focus on continuous improvement and belief that we can be even better.

To succeed in this position, you will ideally be of graduate calibre or equivalent, have prior experience of a customer facing role within an FMCG environment. Highly organised and able to work quickly and accurately under time pressure and demonstrate the ability to resolve problems in order to maximise service to your customer. A strong leader with excellent communications skills across all levels, you have proven experience of building up effective working relationships with internal and external customers. Proactive in identifying and driving improvements as well as being able to work on your own initiative. Strong IT skills and being highly technologically minded are essential.
